Master EQUUS Course Director
MECDs have certifications in both EECF, EICC. They are responsible for the designing, implementing, supervision and training of the EECF and EICC coursework and curriculum.
EQUUS Experience Certified Facilitator
EECFs are EQUUS Faculty members who have achieved the mastery level of combining both the coaching skillsets and the horsemanship / equine behavioral sciences skillsets required to facilitate the award-winning equine integrated learning process called EQUUS Experience®. These certified practitioners have completed the EECF curriculum that includes 72 hours of rigorous one-on-one instruction and 120 hours of supervised facilitation.
EQUUS Inspired Certified Coach
EICCs are EQUUS Faculty members who have achieved the mastery level of transformative coaching, as informed by the pedagogy of EQUUS. These certified practitioners are ICF certified coaches and have completed the EICC curriculum.
EQUUS Faculty members are professionals who work within the EQUUS organization in various capacities. Some are committed pre-certified EICCs and EECFs currently working on their certifications. Some are professionals who work outside the scope of EQUUS coaching / facilitation providing their own unique mastery such as Shamanic Ceremony, outdoor adventure guiding and education, storytelling.
EQUUS staff support the essential inner operations of our organization. They include our administration, our horse handlers and assistants, and our other support crew.
EQUUS Certified Affiliated Campus
ECACs are properties where the EQUUS Experience is facilitated, and the property itself is managed within the same values as Thunderbird Ridge, ie, sustainability, honor of the traditional and ancestral carers, fidelity to the sacred in the land.
