We have a lot to learn from animals – just ask Kelly Wendorf, whose life’s work shows us what we can learn from horses about leadership. Kelly sat down with us for a chat about her work with horses, her journey to coaching and her upcoming book, Flying Lead Change (out October 2020).

The Selfless Coach:
Facilitating Transformation Through Effortless Presence
A course for coaches, leaders, healers and social innovators
Credentialed coaches will earn 30 CCEUs
12 Tuesdays, 8am-10am CST, starting November 19, 2019
Early Bird pricing ends September 25
As coaches, leaders and people in service to society, we continually strive to perfect ourselves in service to positive transformation for our clients and the larger world. However most of us find that the real transformation most easily happens when we are in the “zone” – a state of effortless presence and flow where our intuitive wisdom reflects our client’s process in an often uncannily appropriate way. Presence is emerging into popular awareness as a somewhat mysterious yet by-now commonly recognized factor which connects us to our true selves, our soul purpose, others and their purpose, and to the greater whole. In this course we’ll undertake a deep exploration into questions such as what, exactly, is presence? What is the relationship of self to presence? What does it mean to “hold presence” or “hold space”? How do we connect to our client’s inner being and soul purpose? How does our state of presence assist in liberating the deepest potential in individuals, teams, and society? Through integrated lenses of wisdom traditions (including Buddhism, non-duality, tantra, and Indigenous traditions), interpersonal neurobiology, quantum theory, transpersonal dynamics, trauma integration, and craniosacral biodynamics, we’ll take a deep dive into a zone of self-discovery, integrating our discoveries into our practice as coaches, leaders, healers and innvoators. The content will be in line with and cover ICF coaching core competencies.

Join EQUUS Founding Partner, Kelly Wendorf, and EQUUS Faculty member, Adam Ram Charan, for an exploration of transformative applications of contemplative wisdom, somatic awareness, and deep presence in coaching. Kelly and Ram Charan both bring a lifetime’s dedication to meditation and self-inquiry in addition to their respective specializations in equine- assisted, presence-based, and somatic coaching, healing, and facilitation. In this seminar they combine forces for a living, synergistic learning experience in wisdom-based (or transcendent?) transformational coaching. This class will include a preview of their upcoming course, The Selfless Coach: Facilitating Transformation through Effortless Presence.
This panel discussion features five coaches who each implement their own specialized approach to coaching by integrating various unique tools and methodologies based on their respective backgrounds. They will dialogue with each other and webinar attendees about how their coaching presence facilitates breakthrough learning in their clients. We will also explore ways to enhance the coaching environment through invoking the power of our clients’ presence.
