Coaching empowers the frequently hidden capacities and gifts that lay dormant inside each person. Once those are seen and liberated, and limiting narratives and constructs disassembled, clients discover they have the capacity to create the life they’ve always wanted.
Initial Coaching Consultation
Curious about coaching but not sure what it entails or what it can do for you? Start with an initial 75 minute deep dive initial coaching consultation. Your EQUUS coach and you will meet via Zoom. You’ll prepare in advance with how you want to use this time, and what you want out of your session. Your coach will ask powerful questions, you will give honest answers. Together you will examine and explore what’s going on in your life, and you’ll discover limiting beliefs and narratives that are holding you back. Your coach will hold a profoundly deep space of presence-based awareness, and bring the fullness of their mastery and experience. If your coach feels it’s needed, they might bring some neuroscience, somatic awareness practices, ground you through some nature-based wisdom, challenge you towards new possibilities and transmit what they know is possible for you. By the time you are finished, you will have a renewed outlook on life, an aligned sense of purpose, and a fresh, expansive sense of possibility.
Only people who purchase one of these initial consultations are eligible for consideration as a longer-term EQUUS coaching client. Longer-term coaching clients invest depending on the duration and rhythm of the coaching container you and your coach design together.
Coaching sessions are in-person or remotely by phone or Zoom. EQUUS Coaches are ICF certified and masterfully intuitive, deeply partnering with each client towards their most ambitious goals and dreams.
