Ali Schultz is the co-founder and COO of Reboot, an executive coaching company for high-growth, venture-backed startups. As a coach, she guides her clients to tap into their innermost being where the wellspring of their creativity resides. She draws on 11 years in business where her operational skills were honed managing projects, teams, and human resources, and developing brand strategies. Before Reboot, she created the transformational CEO Bootcamp leadership retreats with Jerry Colonna. An avid horsewoman, she brings Equine Facilitated Learning into practice with her wise four-legged partner Prince. She has a master’s degree in religious studies from CU Boulder and has studied transformational NLP with NLP Marin.
