Leah Goldman is a transformative coach, marketing director, and EQUUS Experience Certified Facilitator who brings a wealth of personal experience to her practice. With over a decade of experience in marketing, Leah’s passion for marketing began in 2014 when she took on a position for her family's company, Weymouth Club, a multimillion-dollar health and wellness organization. She later leveraged her expertise to market her own business, Fika Coaching, demonstrating her ability to build and sustain a successful brand.
Leah serves as the Chief Marketing and Storytelling Officer and a vital member of the EQUUS Leadership Team. Since 2021, she has cultivated a deep connection with the EQUUS community. Her journey has been shaped by her roles as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Marketing Director, business owner, and her time as an ICF Professional Certified Coach.
Leah lives in the coastal farm community of Ipswich, Massachusetts with her Bernese Mountain Dog Hazel. She loves the New England seasons and being surrounded by nature with frequent visits to the ocean and the mountains. An avid equestrian for over 30 years, Leah is passionate about her work as an EQUUS Experience Certified Facilitator, and when in Santa Fe, she notes she shares a special bond with Brio from the EQUUS herd.
