Thunder Bear

Thunder Bear Yates comes from Nambe Pueblo, and is a speaker of the traditional Tewa language. His father was the Buffalo Keeper of Nambe. Thunder Bear loves working outdoors and with his hands, and works hard at EQUUS to take care of the EQUUS herd and the property. Thunder Bear cares for the environment and is assisting EQUUS to restore the land, plants and trees to well-being. He is also a Cultural Advisor to EQUUS.
